Shipping policy

SILA SHOP SRL, operating under the brand name AVENUE FRAGANCE, supplies perfumes and fragrance products exclusively on a wholesale B2B basis.
1. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Large wholesale orders, pallet shipments, or special requests may require additional processing time.
If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship wholesale orders using trusted carriers such as:
- DHL
- UPS
- FedEx
- Palletized freight transport
depending on order size, destination, and logistical requirements.
Shipping methods and carriers are selected at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Weight
- Volume
- Destination
- Shipping method
Shipping fees will either:
- Be displayed during checkout, or
- Be invoiced separately prior to shipment
Customers are responsible for all shipping-related charges unless otherwise agreed.
4. Risk of Loss & Ownership
Risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier at our warehouse or shipping facility.
AVENUE FRAGANCE shall not be held liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost shipments
- Customs delays
- External logistical disruptions
- Force majeure events
beyond our reasonable control.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International buyers are solely responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Import duties
- Local VAT or taxes
- Regulatory compliance in their country
AVENUE FRAGANCE is not responsible for shipments delayed, seized, rejected, or destroyed by customs authorities.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- European Union deliveries: approximately 3–7 business days
- International deliveries: approximately 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
7. Shipment Inspection & Claims
All shipments must be carefully inspected immediately upon delivery.
If cartons are visibly damaged, leaking, opened, or if items are missing, the buyer must:
- Mention the issue on the carrier’s delivery documentation
- Notify us within 7 calendar days
- Provide photographic evidence of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
8. Freight Orders & Pallet Deliveries
For palletized or freight deliveries, buyers are responsible for ensuring suitable access conditions, including:
- Loading dock access
- Forklift availability
- Adequate unloading space
Additional storage, re-delivery, handling, or failed delivery charges caused by insufficient delivery conditions will be charged to the buyer.
