Return & Refund Policy

SILA SHOP SRL, operating under the brand name AVENUE FRAGANCE, primarily sells perfumes and fragrance products on a wholesale B2B basis. As such, our return and refund conditions differ from standard consumer retail policies.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Unsold inventory

  • Change of mind

  • Overstock situations

  • Slow-moving products

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong product was shipped

All return claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Claims must include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue

  • A detailed description of the problem

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

⚠️ Products returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Shipping Issues

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If you notice visible carton damage, leakage, missing units, or shipping issues, you must:

  • Mention the issue on the carrier’s delivery documentation upon receipt

  • Notify us immediately with supporting evidence

Claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened, used, tested, or altered fragrance products

  • Products not returned in their original sealed packaging

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Samples or tester products

Refunds & Credits

If your return request is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of damaged or incorrect items (subject to stock availability)

  • Credit note applied to your wholesale account

  • Refund to the original payment method (only when agreed in advance)

Refunds or credits are generally processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned goods.

AVENUE FRAGANCE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer exceptional exchanges or commercial credits for long-term wholesale partners.

EU / EEA Notice

The 14-day consumer withdrawal right (“cooling-off period”) provided under EU consumer protection laws applies only to B2C consumer purchases and does not apply to wholesale B2B transactions.
